HOW IT IS PLANNED TO WORK

These proposed billing rules are published now for clarity. They become active only after checkout, balances and top-ups are implemented.
Balance, not mystery credits
The planned monthly allowance is shown in US dollars and works across eligible studios. Every job displays the amount it will use before it starts.
Meeting time is separate
The free-plan proposal includes five trial minutes, not five hours. Paid-plan hour allowances sit outside the creation balance; extra meeting services are priced per minute.
Clear rollover rules
Planned monthly plan balance resets on the billing date. Separate top-ups will remain available while the account is active, and free accounts will be able to buy them.
“From” means the smallest option
A US$0.15 video is a low-cost preview, not every video. The studio shows one definitive quote based on duration, quality, assets and provider.
PLANNED PAY-AS-YOU-CREATE
Transparent usage prices.
One account across Photos, Video, Music, Meetings and Translator. Each figure is the lowest eligible planned option; the studio shows the final estimate before processing.
Premium video estimates depend on duration, quality and provider. Seedance and premium Veo require explicit approval before provider work begins. Planned prices include processing, a storage allowance and the Playtrail service margin. Meeting transcription starts at US$0.02/min; summaries and detailed intelligence cost more and are labelled separately. During private testing, provider usage can still create an internal platform cost even though customer billing is inactive.
