Information we handle
- Account details such as your email address and creator profile.
- Prompts, uploads, recordings and generated media you choose to process.
- Technical information needed for security, reliability, cost tracking and troubleshooting.

This notice explains what Playtrail handles while you use the pre-launch service. Last updated 11 September 2026.
Information is used to authenticate you, run the feature you request, save eligible workspace items, show creation history, calculate generation prices, prevent abuse and improve service reliability.
Requested work may be sent to infrastructure, storage and AI providers that help deliver the selected feature. Only the information needed for that operation should be sent. Provider processing and retention rules can also apply.
Signing in or generating media does not publish it. A photo or video preview is shared publicly only after you choose the Community publishing action. Community posts can reveal the title, description and media preview you approve.
Use available delete, clear, download and unpublish controls to manage your work. Because some history is device-based, clearing browser data or changing devices can remove items that were not saved to your account.
Playtrail uses account authentication and access controls, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Retention varies by feature and processing provider; do not upload highly sensitive content unless the feature clearly supports that use.
