Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Your content and permissions

You keep ownership of content you upload and create. You give Playtrail and its processing providers the limited permission needed to process, store and deliver that content. Only upload media and lyrics you own or have permission to use. Do not ask Playtrail to copy an existing song or imitate a real artist or singer.

AI-generated results

Generated results can contain mistakes or unexpected similarities. Review outputs before publishing or relying on them, and do not use Playtrail to impersonate people, infringe rights, or create unlawful or harmful material.

AI models and acceptable use

Playtrail engines run open AI models on Playtrail's processing infrastructure. Playtrail did not train these models.

Partner engines, including Runway, Kling, MiniMax, Seedance and Google Gemini/Veo, run through their providers' services under those providers' terms.

Rules for using SAPS

Do not use SAPS, or anything it makes, to:

1. break any law or regulation.
2. exploit or harm minors in any way.
3. create or spread false content meant to harm others.
4. create or spread personal information that could be used to harm someone.
5. publish generated content without clearly saying it is AI-generated.
6. defame, disparage or harass anyone.
7. impersonate a real person without their consent, including deepfakes.
8. make fully automated decisions that affect someone's legal rights or create binding obligations.
9. discriminate against or harm people based on their behaviour, personal characteristics or legally protected characteristics.
10. exploit people's vulnerabilities, including age or social, physical or mental circumstances, in a way likely to cause physical or psychological harm.
11. give medical advice or interpret medical results.
12. make law enforcement, justice, immigration or asylum decisions, including predictions of crime or fraud.
13. make malware or anything meant to damage computer systems.
14. discriminate or cause harm in employment, credit, housing or other essential services.
15. harass, abuse, threaten or bully people.
16. support military, weapons, nuclear or other uses that may cause death, injury or serious damage.
17. train or improve other AI models.
18. get around Playtrail's or the model's safety features, content filters or limits.

These rules are part of these terms. The full LTX-2.x Community Licence, including Attachment A, applies to SAPS. You must also follow the Lightricks Acceptable Use Policy and applicable AI laws. Google's Gemma Prohibited Use Policy also applies to SAPS video.

SAPS outputs are AI-generated and labelled. Do not remove AI disclosure, provenance, watermarking or other transparency information. Playtrail may update the model version used for future creations; existing jobs retain their recorded version.

AI-generated songs

SAPS Music creates AI-generated songs. The ACE-Step 1.5 model software is distributed under the MIT licence, which permits commercial use of that software. This does not grant rights to lyrics, recordings, names or other material supplied by someone else, or guarantee that a particular output is free of third-party rights. You are responsible for checking rights and applicable laws before commercial use or publication.

Editing your own videos

SAPS Edit is an experimental owner-only test and is not available to customers yet. When enabled, upload only a video you have the right to use and only when everyone recognisable has agreed. Sexual or nude edits, sexualised edits of minors, deceptive impersonation, political or news deepfakes, violent, humiliating or criminal edits of real people, and removing another person's watermark or logo are prohibited. Minors may only appear in harmless visual restyles.

Original uploads stay private, are not used for model training and are scheduled for deletion within 30 days unless you save them. Each result must carry a visible AI label and machine-readable AI metadata. Sharing is off by default and requires a separate confirmation. Requests blocked by safety checks are not charged. Results are not shown until output safety review passes.

Label AI-generated content

When you publish or share something made with Playtrail, clearly say it was made with AI, for example “Made with AI” or “Made with Playtrail”. Playtrail may add an AI-generated label to downloads and Community posts.

Breaking these rules

Playtrail may remove content, refuse or stop a job, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Prices and paid work

Plans and top-ups add prepaid creation balance. The studio shows a quote before each paid job; provider, duration and quality choices can change that quote. SAPS Star selects one video by default, with an optional second take at a separately reviewed price. When you confirm, Playtrail reserves the quoted amount before work begins. If the job fails, the reservation is returned to your creation balance. Included plan balance resets on your billing date; purchased top-up balance persists. A plan starts only when you approve its checkout.

Age and recording consent

Before recording, uploading or transcribing a Meeting or Translator conversation, you are responsible for obtaining any consent required from everyone involved.

Community publishing

Your private work is not placed in Community automatically. Publishing is a separate action. If you publish, other people can view the shared preview and related title or description; remove the post if you no longer want it displayed.

Creator rewards and launch offer

Eligible Community actions earn bonus credit only after owner review. You must be 18 or older and have reached the age of majority where you live. Self-actions and linked or ineligible accounts do not count. Bonus credit has no cash value, is non-refundable and non-transferable, expires 90 days after grant, and can be used only on SAPS, SAPS Star, SAPS Photo and SAPS Music. When the dated founding-creator offer is active, qualifying top-ups receive 50% bonus credit; a purchase refund removes its unused bonus. Playtrail may change or end the programme with notice. Service availability

Playtrail relies on external AI and hosting providers. Features can change, pause or fail. Important work should be downloaded or exported when available.
